Hearts & Souls recently met with the amazing team at ‘Health on the High Street’, based in High Wycombe Library in the Eden Shopping Centre, to network and explore how we can work together.
Health on the High Street is a new, regular drop-in event where local people can explore health and wellbeing services, chat with Health Connectors, and see how community groups are making use of this brilliant shared space (link).
Visitors can also access free health checks, including the BHF ‘Pump It Up’ kiosk and free blood pressure checks.
This is a fantastic way to take simple steps towards better heart health while in town.
