Hearts & Souls support the exercise and educational sessions that are so important to cardiac rehabilitation, which help to restore a patient’s belief and self confidence to return to a ‘normal’ active life following a cardiac event.
We urgently need your support through both donations and volunteering, please contact us if you can help.
All donations received by Hearts & Souls will go directly to support the Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust cardiac rehabilitation team to improve the outcome for recovering cardiac patients.
Please support Caitlin
