Most of you, especially if you have passed through the rehab over the past few years, will know and benefited from the guidance and instruction of Nikki Stafford, the Cardiac Rehabilitation Clinical Exercise Specialist at Wycombe hospital who leads the exercise classes.
It is with much pleasure that Hearts & Souls send our sincere congratulations to both Nikki and his wife on the birth of their 4th child, Raif, a son who was born on 16/06/26 at 6:00 p.m.
They now have a team of 4 boys and with ages of 8, 6 and 5, they will be quite a handful … (so, be easy on him when he returns to work)!
