I am writing to give notice of the 2024 AGM for Hearts & Souls which is to be held at 14:30hrs on Wednesday 18th September 2024. We will meet at Ward 4A, Wycombe Hospital, Queen Alexandra Road, High Wycombe, HP11 2TT and then transfer to a meeting room, please arrive no later than 14:30hrs.

* The Chairman’s Statement 2023
Copies of the Trustees Report & Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2023 will be available at the AGM but if you wish to see them please let me know by email and they will forwarded before the meeting.
Also there remain openings on the Executive Committee, in particular that of secretary, and applications are invited.
If you ARE able to attend on 18th September, please email me. so that we can anticipate numbers to be accommodated.
