Hearts & Souls continued our busy summer reaching out into the community where we were proud to join in with the festivities as the Rotary Club of High Wycombe celebrated 100 years in town with a community day at Adams Park, home of Wycombe Wanderers.
Again, we met and spoke with many people regarding our work with the Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust cardiac rehab unit at Wycombe hospital as well as forming many good connections with other local groups, where we hope to continue to build positive relationships to benefit recovering heart patients.
